Conceptualized by Speed Records, world’s biggest Punjabi Music Label along with EYP Creations, one of a leading event management company in the region. Just Comedy is one of many such ventures and first of its kind festival, which introduces a new performer in every edition. The concept revolves around specially curated comic performances by the best of the comedians in the country.

Seeing the changing perspective of people towards artistic things, the entertainment space in the region has recently picked up a pace and has become highly versatile. Looking at the dynamics that go into creating successful entertainment platforms, many performers and organizers have collectively come together to promote and spread stand-up comedy throughout the country.
An event that is going to happen this May 2017 in Pink City that too with one of the finest and a highly popular comedian ‘Zakir Khan’. Last year, took its first ever origination in Chandigarh; Started with Vir Das in Chandigarh in late 2016, followed by back-to-back shows of Zakir earlier this year. The festival grew and moved to Ludhiana in March 2017, while the fourth leg of the festival marked the Chandigarh debut of Kanan Gill.
This city hopping laugh ride is touring all the main cities in the northern region of the country. Now three cities and 5 sold out shows old, the people of Jaipur will witness the fifth and latest edition of the Just Comedy Festival series.

This confused Desi serves up his take on modern India, with a hard to resist rustic humour that has people nodding their heads and clapping as they relate to everything he says.
