Earlier, this destination hotel used to be the hunting lodge of a royal family of Jaipur where the original set-up was done by building the tents on a temporary basis for the number of guests of the noble family. The place was for the keen purpose of outing and having a relaxing time. And, when the guests and Royal family used to get back to Jaipur, the tent set-up was dismantled in unfavourable seasons.
With the passage of time, the property went under making permanent structures using the lime and stones by giving it a feel of villa assembling the glimpse of Spanish architecture with ancient importance.
Built in 1930, this heritage lodge is almost 86 years old and has been host to many guests from U.K., U.S.A., and other countries as well.
